The service

Certibulk provides a bulk certificate generator: a template designer, spreadsheet import, batch PDF generation, and optional desktop software for offline generation. We may update or improve the service over time; core generation functionality will remain available on all paid plans.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 50 certificate generations and one custom template. Trial output carries a Certibulk watermark. The trial requires no payment details and converts to nothing automatically.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR), taxes extra, via Razorpay.
• Starter (₹499) covers 30 days; Professional (₹2,499) covers 180 days; Enterprise (₹4,499) covers 365 days.
• Paid plans include unlimited certificate generation and remove the watermark.
• Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing renews automatically and no payment details are stored. Your access runs until the end of the paid period; to continue afterwards, simply purchase a plan again.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Certibulk to create forged, misleading, or fraudulent credentials; to upload content you do not have rights to; or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You retain all rights to the templates, spreadsheets, and certificates you create. By using the service you grant us only the limited right to process that content to generate your certificates.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certibulk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
