Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed) when you register.
• Content you upload: certificate templates and recipient spreadsheets (Excel/CSV) you provide to generate certificates. This data is processed to render your PDFs.
• Billing data: subscription and payment records. Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
• Usage data: basic logs (pages visited, features used) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide the service (generate your certificates), manage your account and subscription, provide support, and — only with your consent — send product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recipient lists for advertising.

Offline generation

The Certibulk desktop app generates certificates entirely on your own computer. Spreadsheets processed offline are never transmitted to our servers.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by emailingsupport@certibulk.com; we will complete deletion within 30 days, except where tax or legal records must be retained.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contactsupport@certibulk.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: session cookies to keep you logged in and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. No advertising trackers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the website before the changes take effect.
